This object defines a DLS file object. It can be used to identify DLS files and is referenced by IpatchDLS2 objects to access sample data.

Create a new DLS file object.

Returns :

New DLS file object (derived from IpatchFile) with a reference count of 1. Caller owns the reference and removing it will destroy the item.
