MinForth V3.4 on Linux
------------------------

Windows users can delete this directory.

A) Check your C compiler

Your Linux distribution should be ready to compile C files.
Check by entering the terminal command

  cc

and reading the error message. If cc is not installed,
check your system documentation how to install it. On a
Debian or derived distribution you may have to enter

  sudo apt-get install build-essential

Try to build the enclosed famous 'hello' program

  cc -c hello.c -o hello
  ./hello

It should respond with 'Hello world!'.

B) Build MinForth

Copy the enclosed script file tmake to your MF34/src directory.
Make it executable:

  chmod 755 tmake

Build MinForth with

  ./tmake mf2c
  ./mf2c
  ./tmake mf3
  ./mf3
