Instructions for installing the UploadBin onto your server. You will need
a webserver (for instance Apache), MySQL and PHP4 installed.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Create a mysql database called 'uploadbin' on your server,
   The following command creates the database and user/password for access,
   and initializes the database table (if you want to change any of the default
   names, edit the file 'uploadbin.mysql.sql first).

   $ mysql --user=root --password=<MySQL-root-password> < uploadbin.mysql.sql

   If you want to use an existing database, replace the databasename variable
   with the name of your database in config.php

2) Open up config.php in a text editor and change the mysql parameters
   (username, password, server) and possibly some of the other parameters too.

3) Make sure the "upload" folder inside the uploadbin path is writeable by the
   web server process (chmod 755 or something similar)

4) Open up the .htaccess file and change the URIs to point to your server.
   If you do not want fancy URLs (like 'http://your.server.com/uploadbin/13')
   then comment the RewriteRules stuff out. In that case, you will have to adapt
   the '$uploadURI' parameter too.

5) Test by uploading a file.
