*** USB INFO *************************************
*** pertinent to those NOT using auto-mounting ***

Disregard if "Automounting" is checked in Menu:
SYSTEM TOOLS > CONFIGURATIOJN > SETUP USB STICK
_________________________________________________

If you have a USB stick or any other device,
such as a camera, that uses "mass storage",
then plug it in when you are root and run the

MENU > SYSTEM TOOLS > CONFIGURATION > Setup USB stick

This takes but a couple seconds and will generate a
proper fstab entry point for mass storage devices.

From then on you should be able to plug in any
mass storage device, as root or as a user, and then
click the "USB_Stick" link in MyLinux to view the contents.

Clicking the link a second time will ask if you
wish to reopen the device, or unmount it. However,
the script that opens the device wil automatically
unmount it if it is mistakenly pulled out without unmounting.
(The script polls for the presence of the device every 5 seconds.)

PRINTERS are NOT mass storage devices.
They are setup via the:
MENU > PRINTING > PRINTER SETUP
